next tuesday

hi folks, the next meet up is fast approaching, does anyone want to recommend a better place to meet up?

  1. Downstairs in the private areas in Costa Dame Street?

  2. It needs to be somewhere open fairly late though. Some folks can't get into town 'till late.

  3. Won't be able to make it this month, have fun wherever you end up, hopefully somewhere with reasonably good lighting, or bring torches :)

  4. Any ideas yet lads? The Gin Palace was a good suggestion last time, but you'd want to reserve a table before hand. It can get busy quick enough. Apart from that, Longstone (relatively quiet & has space upstairs), Mercantile(?...big space, not sure on lighting). That's me lot. :)

  10. Sorry I couldn't make it, just thought I'd say that I think Clare has the right idea...Tea Garden is pretty much the perfect place for this sort of malarky, and it's open till midnight as far as I know.

  12. Hey gang,
to avoid Andrew or anyone else having a poop time arriving at a venue to meet and having a no show, can we make sure that people confirm if they can go the day b4 a meet? I don't know how far Andrew had to come in from to meet up, but it can't have been nice just sitting there and nobody showing up. It could put people off making the effort. Just a thought! :)
