Birds, birds, big feckin' bird!
I think this has inspired a possible series of big bird paintings for me.:) Got a little bit better this time, I think. I have my friend Photoshop back now to make it all better.
Seems like we're caught in the middle of a story here, or a fragment of a dream. I can almost here the terrifying croaking of that gigantic beast, louder than the waves crashing on the rocks. What dreadful purpose is served by the flock dragging those black monoliths in the background?
Yeah I was really trying to imagine how it would sound. I thought of it roaring like the most powerful fog horn with elements of other sounds and it would shake you to your core to hear it. The monoliths you speak of arer huge ships; tankers, fishing boats, aircraft carriers etc. This giant birds' not too puny minions would attack these boats and take them to make up there masters nest and in habit the ships themselves. I 'm suddenly wanting to do another painting for this same bird. Just writing this explanation has giving me some more ideas. :D
awesome!
